All clients of the agency have the right to be involved in the planning of their care and to receive services within reasonable accommodation of individual needs and preferences. No individual of the agency can assume power of attorney or guardianship over a client, nor may they require a client to endorse checks to them.

All employees of Kind Healing, LLC are bonded and insured, as well as covered by company-provided Worker's Compensation insurance. To ensure that services are provided and conduct proper billing, we utilize time and attendance software that notifies us of an employee's arrival to his/her scheduled client.

Kind Healing, LLC Home Care Agency was founded by co-owners Keionna Taylor-Johnson and Heather Powe. Both Founders, Keionna Taylor-Johnson and Heather Powe are passionate medical professionals with over 20 years of health care experience combined. Keionna Taylor-Johnson is a Registered Nurse recognized by the Pennsylvania state Board of Nursing, experienced in critical care, acute care, skilled care, and home care nursing. Heather Powe is a Licensed Practical Nurse recognized by the Pennsylvania state Board of Nursing to provide skilled care, geriatric care, and home care nursing. Kind Healing, LLC Home Care Agency has a reputation for its dedicated, compassionate care givers. Each caregiver will work hard to meet, and exceed, your expectations to provide high quality care.
